The fact that apple prefers to fragment it's own software in two peaces, one for europe, the other for the rest of the world, is pretty much telling everything about the company and the greed in it. I mean is more obvious then the color of the sky and impressive that they can still get away with it.
The funny part is that this small changes are not changing the OS, nor the security, nor the performance, all they change is the monopoly within.

Also you can uninstall anything you want. All you need to have is a little bit of tech skills and ADB. Search for uninstall android apps with ADB. If you know what to do with what you find, then well, you just got advanced to a newer level. Also i use newPipe and not youtube app. NewPipe is just 200 levels above google garbage youtube apps.

              Apple should implement those policies everywhere they sell their phones, not just the EU.
