This is going t... moreI used mate xs 2 for 2 years, huawei makes durable and strong foldables, i dropped it 10+ times on marbles, ceramic tiles and concrete floors, once dropped it from 7ft high, i don't doubt huawei's durability anymore.

PanRT, 26 Aug 2024Why no rollable? I Wait on rollable.Smaller battery, less durable.

Also, the mechanism isn't that slow anyway and can be more robust than a foldable screen.

Lmao. Great 2x the co.olaints for 2x the creases not being completely invisible and a camera setup that's half covered by hands lol

Yeah this avenue is really smart ROFLMAO!
IF an oem is thinking this route skip it and go rollable please.

Like you pick up your phone for using the big screen, and you have to wait for 5-6 s for it to be completely rolled out. And again just my opinion, they will not feet solid, and we probably lose the support of stylus, while even the thin V3 support it!

Going from a smartphone aspect ratio to a mini tablet aspect ratio takes many centimetres, let alone a normal tablet aspect ratio. Also, you can have infinite screen sizes with rollable screens. Try doing that on foldable screens with fixed sizes.
