Take it to the garbage 🗑️ I saw s24 for 500 EUR and not buying it. Why would I? If anyone suffered from Samsung's charging issues know what I mean. This phone should never be released with 25w charging. What a joke.

But there's no way a 25W/45W charging phone will be able to go up to 67W/120W charging no matter what the user does.
If the issue was the other way around like what the other poster said, you'd be calling the slow charging group as losers who are stuck in the past.

Why not save some more money and buy s24 plus instead? Running some months. Great phone.

These people and their behaviours are just prime examples of cognitive dissonance in action. They're just in denial because their favourite manufacturer doesn't make faster charging. I assure you, if the tables were flipped they'd have made fun of everyone else for not having fast charging.

pretty sure that multiple tests have concluded that their 45w and 25w charge phones at the same time (give or take a few minutes).

Initially I thought it was due to low battery life. But then I started using my old charger (5w or something) to charge overnight I see almost 50-60% increase in battery endurance!!

Also, samsung phones are picky for chargers. You cannot borrow your friend's charger bcs your phone will limit the charging speed. I have Xiaomi's original 33 watt charger, my A55 doesn't support 25 watt maximum speed, it's even fully charged sooo much longer than usual in almost 2 hours. If i use samsung supported charger it will charge in less than 1 hour, 1 hour 10 mins at max.

In Denmark Europe where i live i order it on preorder for 1.072,32€ for the 512gb version. It was okay. Much cheaper then the normal price here.

Why should they make it better when the consumers don't want better goods? I think it's morally bad but in terms of business it's excellent stuff.

Where I live the S24 Ultra was as expensive as the Z Fold5 at launch, now it's as cheap as a Oneplus 12. Samsung knows that their phones suck so they bring down the price.

it's 2024, a year when 200€ chinese phone get down to zero borders and yet samsung couldn't figure out how to reduce the borders on a 500/600€ phone and even if they can't narrow down the bezels, they somehow find it hard to make the symmetric, what's up with that bottom bezel. all this would've been understandable if the phone had a 6'1 inch display. Instead it has the industry default and it still couldn't do it's job

I have the S24 Ultra right now as my private phone and a Xiaomi 13T pro as my job phone.
To be honest, i like the 13tp more then my s24u.
And my next no 1 phone will for sure not be a Sammy phone 😊

Said this once and will say this again: If you cant wait 1.5h to wait for your phone to charge then you seriously need to get a life. 45w charging is plenty fast and is not harmful to your battery in the long run.
