The benchmarks reports the main CPU cores could make it the smartphone chipset with the highest clock speed yet.

Look at one of those Oukitel rugged smartphones with 10k+ mah batteries, but that is a massive brick that no regular person will buy, just like you panasonic camera. 🤣🤣🤣

Point is that we can now have such innovations in regular sized phones, plus having double periscopes and massive zoom sensors. Exmor T sensors only go up to 1/1.4" so obviously the 1" flagship is still better.

      I will be honest, after buying a op12, I switched back to an old pixel 6 pro. One plus use to dominate in my opinion, but the Pixel 's incredibly smooth and seamless operation in their software puts them above OnePlus. I am disappointed in my one plus, the benchmarks always look better than the pixel, but I have learned the hard way, benchmarks don't mean to much in terms of smooth operating, such as successful wifi to mobile data hand offs and vise versa. The only thing I occasionally pull the op12 out for is for its camera, but even the pixels camera is very comparable. I have had every one plus since the very first, and the 13 will be the first I opt out. Good luck to all those buying from OnePlus, hopefully they got their stuff together, but I will not be gambling with $1000 phone. To one plus, I hope one day you will start making top tier phones once again and not invest everything into benchmarks.

            Is there a high chance the op 13 will have an ultrasonic fingerprint or you guys don't think so ?

            Might be my next device since I'm highly considering it .

            Cameras will be the same as op 12 ? I read confusing reports and. Comments that they might be downgraded

                In SME subtest it add score by 125% which hugely impact single core of Apple cpu, adding more bandwidth, cache etc give more perfomance in real life than most thing (like Amd X3D chip) but you won't see that being accounted much but SME which even you can't name app which use it and get 125% Perfomance now is being used as key differentiator for Cpu performance?

                  If Apple is using SVE (and no other chip maker care about it), which has nothing to do with AI specifically but with matrix multiplication and vectors (like avx and their former AMX proprietary solution did), and a benchmark decides to implement a way to measure its impact, why would it be "misleading"?
                  It will be used by developers eventually, and when they do, it will boost some tasks.

                                Yes the benchmark score will be always in favor for Apple but paper score does not means anything because in real life experience flagship generations of snapdragons always preforming better past few years.
                                No laggs in games, no super fast battery depleting, no charging is stiopped due to overheated battery, much better cooling solutions on android, much faster charging etc.
                                No matter how much you try a phone with cost 1200 and have only a 60hz screen and USB 2.0 is completeôy overpriced and a E-Waste. Speaking about 16 plus.
                                The pro versions are just tiny bit better still far behind most androids with their pricing compared to specs. I am not speaking about samsung or google.

                                  Yes we cant compare much better on paper Apple with Adroid.
                                  They are much better. On paper only.
                                  When comes to real life experience I.E. heavy gaming we again cant compare much better Android phones powered by SD 8 gen 4 vs much worse Apple which got impressive paper score god for facebook and tik tok maybe some candy crush play but you can forget on serious gaming because phone gets extremely hot, will deplete battery extremely fast, it will take extremely long time to charge the battery and you can definitely forget to play a game and a charge at a same time because massive overheating will turn your charging proces offline. In other words will drain your battery faster tahnit will charge it.

                                  So once again we really cant compare Apple and Android because apart the said paper score they means Apple are much worse in every single category.

                                    It's a first gen DESKTOP chip from Qualcomm. Windows has historically been extremely poor at managing laptop chips compared to Mac, so battery life comparisons are tougher as well. So when you add both of them, Qualcomm being even 75% of the M3's power is a great win. Your name makes a lot of sense actually, especially the last part.
