The fact is all Apple's product are down than previous quarter or previous year wheather it's iPod, iPhone, iPad or iMac. They are saturated, Apple don't make as much as they expected. More revenue but much less profit.

Hey, GSM Arena, there are at least two facts that you omitted and could be added to the article to make it even more informative - the iPod sales have collapsed compared to last year's quarter and half of the iPhones sold last quarter are from the older 4 and 4s models. The latter being one of the reasons the margin continues to shrink.
