I hope no Sony Xperia fans are going to hate on Apple for this. Their phone doesn't even come with a charging cable, and the box is flimsy.

C means it is oval and reversible, while the 2 refers to 2nd generation(60 MB/s).
So you can have a USB2 type-C cable or a Thunderbolt 5 cable, both of which use the USB-C interface but Thunderbolt is literally thousands of times faster, I think 10 GB/s(?).

At the time when we all have dozens of C-C cables in our homes, another one is NOT wanted. I wish nobody ever ship another C-C cable in the box.

i imagine a future where you buy the hardware for 20 dollars but to use it per month you need to pay 5-20 dollars. In a year's time they'd have made more money on a base airpods than they'd have on an airpods pro if it's like 20 dollars.

Methinks Tim Apple is in love with Margrethe Vestager. He keeps coming up with excuses for her to call him and tell him he owes the EU more money.
Apple just switched to USB-C on their products and the don't even provide the cable needed to charge the devices. Pretty sure that is a clear EU law violation. Another one, for Apple.

Ok, but, when did any TWS shipped with a USB-C cable?
I know some of Sony models do, but I cant say all of them do, and I wouldnt expect any one coming from Apple to be that generous
