this huawei won't last long, changing the screen probably costs a kidney or two, but one folding is more than enough, still if the device is not practical there is no point in buying it, that's why apple refrains from making foldable phones

Your thought is wrong GA.
They seperated hardware under each pannel, so it is basically in foldable tablet form.
Huawei made thinnest tablet ever plus it can be folded.
Amoled pannel incluiding touch surface is super thin, Huawei expanded phone hardware very clever way under that thin screen.

Who cares? I'd like a foldable that will fold into a compact size that fits into your pocket. The Mate XT has not fixed this regardless of how thin it is. Foldables exist because phones became so big that they needed to be folded. Now even in a folded state it's too big so they just folded it again...SMH.

I have used niches of Huawei,Samsung,Asus .
Huawei hardware(build,camera) wise has been Superior than Samsung but Software optimisation is often weird(not bad , but away from how rest brands do it)

The thing is, if you rely on your US buddy to put Huawei out of business, there wouldn't be a tri-fold competitor to worry about.
