Majority of those who buy iPhone do not have that much interest to do these steps, that's why they are buying iPhone😜 if a marketplace takes 30% cut then the manufacturer should take more than 70% means customer needs to pay 200-250% of actual cost.

This lawsuit makes no sense, no one is forced to buy an iPhone. There are other options, You ignore them, it's entirely your fault.

Through its Apple App Store it providesaccess to tons of applications, including for music streaming services. As such, this is not aproblem. What is a problem is that Apple abused this dominant position to impose up to 30 %extra charges on music streaming services like Spotify, Deezer, YouTube Music, Soundcloud,Amazon Music, Tidal, Napster and Qobuz through its Apple App Store. Overcharges that wereconsequently passed on the subscribers of these music streaming platforms, while its ownApple Music was left off the hook.More concretely:

            • The tech player imposed its own in-app purchase payment technology on musicstreaming app developers (‘IAP’ obligation), that comes with a 30% commission fee tobe paid to Apple.

            • Moreover, Apple prohibited music streaming services of informing their users aboutcheaper subscription options. They were blocked of redirecting iOS app users outsidethe Apple app Store ecosystem, i.e. towards the websites of the music streamingservices, where subscriptions were offered at a lower price, without the 30% overchargecosts."

                users have choice to choose.

This is the dumbest lawsuit I've ever seen, and I'm from the US where frivolous litigation is a dime a dozen. I hate Apple more than almost anyone else here, but it's not their responsibility to ensure that their rivals maintain competitive pricing.

Apple is the biggest pimp on our planet. Nobody likes pimps because they are just parasites.

The headline is an outright lie.

Apple is being sued for unfairly applying their marketplace costs on other music streaming services subscriptions, but not their own.

Apple is NOT being sued because other music streaming services prices are too high.

Here's an example of how incorrectly you've applied the logic behind your headline.
"Murderer sentenced to life in prison because the doctors couldn't keep their patient alive."

Your headline should be something like:
GSMArena adopts clickbait news titles, ruining their own journalistic credibility, and frustrating regular readers... oh and Apple are being sued for how they unfairly apply their marketplace payment processing fees.

And for those who think using clickbait is fine: If a journalist has to lie and use clickbait to lure in readers... then they probably aren't a trustworthy source of information. There's a reason why BuzzFeed isn't EVER cited as a source of credible information.

GSMArena... It only takes a few false/clickbait headlines like these to ruin the communities trust in you.
