Whatever happened to Exynos nowadays? I remembered it being more popular than Snapdragon not long ago, especially when Qualcomm messed up the Snapdragon 808 and 810 badly despite TSMC fabrication.

Luke, 7 hours agosame in Germany - 750-760 for 256GB version.. I genuinely... moreExynos chips 1380 and 1480 powering A54 & A55 are plagued by fast battery drain issue in idle mode and Samsung doesn't seem to bother to fix it once for all despite regular updates.
My A52 (4G / 4500 mah) charged in full before sleeping drains between 2/3 % between sleep time and wakeup.
My A54 (5000 mah) charged in full meltdown from 100 to 45% during the night with WiFi/mobile data turned off, sleep mode activated and battery power saving permanently activated.
It's a notorious glitch on these 2 handsets but they still sell well due to brand reputation however I will advise equivalent models from Xiaomi, Motorola, Oppo or Vivo to any potential buyer than wasting his money on Samsung so called "premium midrange" with a premium launching price and powered with Exynos junk chips.
        I don't know if it's the same trend for S23 & 24 FE.

DarlingYext, 9 hours agoBut we don't get lower prices, because Exynos isn'... moreIts cheaper than Qualcomm, believe me.

LoneOwl, 7 hours agoSamsung doesnt actually like Exynos. They are way cheap... moreThey're cheaper and the worst nightmare for A54 and A55 users (I don't know if it's the same case for S23 & 24 FE users) with battery drain even of idle or sleep modes. It took me a while to find out that my A54 drains battery so fast (85/90 % before sleeping drops to 30% / 25% in the morning) because of their junk Exynos 1380 chip, at first I was suspecting one or several applications to be the cause...No more Samsung A5X series for me.
A55 users are experiencing the same major glitch and it will be probably the same trend for the upcoming A56, the most irritating and frustrating part is that absolutely none of the software security updates received until now could fix this issue....After all they all sell like hot cakes so why Samsung would even bother to fix these known major issues since their releases ?

Wow, so many rumors. Before, it was said the regular S25 would go mediatek. Now it will be all snapdragon? Wild.

Exynos being made at Samsung semicon keeps money in Samsung's pocket.

I genuinely do not understand people who would by that instead of A55 for half price.. Still with contracts all are for free (like cheese in mouse trap ofc) so I guess that explains it...

Hemedans, 7 hours agoAs usual you are trying to lie lol, S24 in Hungary it range... moreYeah, yeah yeah from unofficial stores it can be had for way less, try using your warranty when buying from such stores. From Samsung themselves it's even more expensive than the prices that I've mentioned that are from other official stores like MediaMarkt, but try buying from Samsung and suddenly the 8/128GB variant is 870 eur, while the 8/256GB variant is 945 eur. Insane.

                                    "..even Samsung.com don't sell like that. "

"..Samsung experience store etc sell it below €800."

                                    That's also not true. They sell it for 820 eur - 8/128GB and 895 eur - 8/256GB. https://ses.hu/termek/samsung-galaxy-s24/
