The xiaomi brand (not the redmi/poco) have a very good update.
but the important issue for me is samsung product slow charging and slow soc is not up to the flagship status.
even if samsung selling the product as flagship killer, it's still short compared to Xiaomi/Oppo/Vivo flagship killer.
You can't make up the performance & charging speed with update.
Update is less important as many of us changing the phone in 1 or 2 years

And if you think the 8300 gets anywhere close to the 2400e, you're just deluded

Xiaomi have better OS, better UI, faster chipset, faster charging, bigger battery, and better camera.
Samsung just have their brand as their main selling point

What stopping them from asking TSMC to make their Exynos, perhaps they could include some technology transfers in the agreement to help their own foundry in the future. It might bruise their ego a little bit, but it's better than leaving Snapdragon get comfortable at the top of the helm. They're charging way to much now 'cause they know brands wouldn't have much choice.
And soon, Android flagships are going to be even more expensive than the Iphones or stay stagnant in other hardware department to compensate the rising cost of SoC.

I prefer snapdragon any day, but qualcomm is getting cocky with the prices.
Exynos 2400 wasn't terrible performance wise, efficency however is a different story (it was meh).
