Anonymous, 15 hours agoAlso s25/s25+ is rumored to have d9400Samsung is less than 3 months from announcement.
If they had d9400, at this point would not be rumor but fact already.
Where are source codes to reveal?
    Where are benchmarks?

To have these chips, samsung would need:

    1) to have tested it since its prototype days and have d9400 approved
    2) sign the deal to have chips
    3) have the first batch already to start mass production in November/early December

Considering how much gossip goes on through supply chain and how easy info on samsung phones show up on internet months before devices get announced, we would all know already.

Evidence of d9300 inside tablets were out there few months before tablets got official. Rumors started even before.

And Samsung doesn't have 65w charging either. There are other phone makers besides Samsung that use MediaTek processors instead of Qualcomm and can pass on the savings.

$35 is difference to phone maker. Not to client.
Brand would not give you cheaper phone if switching to mediatek.

Exynos is far cheaper, samsung charges more.
Tensynos is 1/4 of Snapdragon price. Google asks €1200 for 9 pro XL.

Phones makers saw no issues in paying for 8g3 that was 4x the price of 865.
Do you think they care about paying $35 more?

Most of the important tasks in the image processing pipeline take place in ISP (and sometimes in NPU). CPU is accountable for post-processing such as tonal adjustments, but they don't require high computational costs and CPU power has nothing to do with the overall image quality.
