From the advertisement,
it seems VIVO might bring something surprising with the camera tech.

will reserve judgement for when actual benchmarks and stress tests come out but this is quite promising. The 15 Pro Max is clocked slightly higher but if the node improvements and stuff can at least make it on par with the 15 Pro Max OR better than the 14 Pro Max in terms of single core, it'd be a sure winner. The Cache improvements make me think that it's gonna further close the gap. As long as this chip is 90% of what the 8 Gen 4 produces, this is a winner considering Qualcomm is greedy enough to charge more.

      Awesome!
But what was that announcement trailer HAHAHA

Hanif Fikri, 09 Oct 2024Pricing on mediatek phones is ridiculously high too...Nope. At least not in my Xiaomi 14T Pro lol. Can happily play Diablo Immortal smoothly hehe. I'm too old for games anyway 😆

It uses 1 year old Cortex X4 as high performance core when the next gen will use X5 or something better.

Hanif Fikri, 09 Oct 2024Pricing on mediatek phones is ridiculously high too...MediaTek charges $180. Qualcomm charges $240. And they both do the same thing.

GregLu, 09 Oct 2024Flagship material, congrats Mediatek! I'm hoping that... morePricing on mediatek phones is ridiculously high too...

                    Flagship material, congrats Mediatek!
I'm hoping that other maker will use you instead of Qualcomm to break their monopoly and insane pricing.
More competition the merrier for customer!
