    Seems like in the future almost every chip will be manufactured by TSMC. First Intel Core now Samsung Exynos. Not good for competition.

      TSMC is most probably the best there is actually but that's immediately also the biggest threat. It's a Taiwanese company and that is still a country that is threatened to be invaded by China (more a question of time instead of an uncertainty). Also, in Taiwan there are a lot of people in favour of China and the latter has been busy moulding people to think as such for a long time already. It's never a good idea to bet on one colour only. Companies should just proceed in developing it's own tech and refine it. It does cost a lot of money but it offers more security in the long run.

        Intel and Samsung should improve their fabs instead of outsourcing. TSMC shouldn't have a monopoly on chip manufacturing.
