          modern soc has many modules only a few have the latest manufacturing technology but packaging will contain qcom samsung nvidia risc-v amd intel etc

                Yes and no. Sure TSMC is literally better at making chipsets compared to Intel and Samsung, but that means they monopolize the world market. TSMC can raise the price of their chipsets at will and companies can't do anything about it, well except, of course, going back to their in-house production systems.
                Sounds good at first, but in the future this can be a huge disaster. And I said this as someone that loves to mock both Exynos and Intel.

They even employee some TSMC good workers, and give them 3 times bigger salary. Plus enormous amount of money invested by the state. Its very simple, other parts of economy can cover that expenses cause China is one extreme big production power and market.

                          samsung should just shut down the exynos thing. if it really want a chip of it own it should start over again with a total new team who think differently. this present team no matter what they do won't change it for the better. samsung also need to think about this - is there to play catch up or does really want to create chip that really work ?

                                  Fantastic news.

                                  Intel and Samsung fabs need to be competitive. They're both trying to fool us that their nodes are more advanced than they really are.
