this is a fack iPhone 5c, this a Chinese casing cover of iPhone 5. in this white cover there is black iPhone 5, u can see the charger port and u find the reality, not a single pic of front side clearly suggest its a fack.. so don't worry apple user, faith on apple quality device, because we see many years that neither of apple devices is looking cheap. this one is clearly not a apple device.

At that price your better off with 4/4s/5 or second hand versions of these..The 4s will get ios 7 I think and its more better quality than plastic but not neccessarly more rugged than plastic.490 is NOT budget price.

4s is a much better option than this. What is apple thinking calling this a budget phone at $490. When Samsung uses plastic its a big deal for everyone but when apple use plastic everyone is complaning about the price not the plastic material used. Apple + plastic is not budget at all. LOL.
