Do Way useless ratios, not relevant for anyone not on the social media and you get quite compact phone very easily.
2:1 (18:9) is should be the maximum.

Im skeptical for having an all-metal body which adds significtna weight while killing Qu/Q2 charging or even wireless signals.

Half of iphone sales are 6.1" models. Many of my friends also have non-max models. I wonder why no android brand wants to compete with iphones in small flaghips for so long. Does Apple have a secret formula that no one else can use?

6.3 inch is still large but ok, I do admit it's perhaps a step in the right direction.

... moreCurrent Galaxy S23 is 6.1", the S24 is 6.23" tge yocomj g S35 is supoosedly 6.3-6.4"
The iPhone 13 mIni ihad in July 2023 for 7mths wfore stolen was 5.8" and other than the FaceID system it was all acreen w/large bezel. If razor thing bezels was used and even a ounch hole facial camera with thr new bartery tech Silicon ? Plus 8 Elite?!

The base Galaxy S at 6.1" the biggest I'd consider being in the smalish category, but still not small.

Man I live phones that are around the 70mm width. They're the perfect usable size.

The, 07 Dec 20246.3 inches huh?
Well that should be small enough if I ev... moreBelieve it or not, some of us remember having phones with 3 - 6" screens. I remember buying the HTC Supersonic in 2010 (HTC Evo 4G in the US) and reviewers stated it's 4.3" screen was almost too big in comparison to the 3.6" iPhone screen.
Sure, we've all adjusted to larger screen phones but I'd much prefer a 6" device over a 6.5" or larger device. I don't have small hands either, I'm just accustomed to using "smaller" phones.

A big display is super nice. You have a tablet computer with phone functions that fits into your pocket. Watching websites, documents, videos...is nicer on a big display. But like initially said I prefer small phones that can be used with one hand.

From what I have heard, they are exclusive to Poco F series and Realme phones at the moment. That's why not available with OnePlus. One Plus won't go with Mediatek for three years.

With aggresive price tag less than 3499Yuan, these things are not possible. One Plus invests a lot in software, so it's just impossible to maintain good camera+display hardware on lower units.

Invetor, 07 Dec 2024would be a shame if they didn't go with the ultrasonic... moreOne Plus Nord 4 is good, but despite having good chipset, performance isn't optimized through software updates. One Plus 12 is in another league with software updates. One Plus Nord 4 needs same level of optimization as that of One Plus 12. Also, One Plus Nord 4 needs to use bigger sensors on all flagships now. They have improved camera post processing with One Plus 12, they just better hardware across every segment. Just like Motorola. Shift to domestic/Omnivision sensors, I don't mind. Use IMX 906/LYTIA 700. But LYTIA 600 on a phone which costs 400USD doesn't make sense. And please stop making phones with 128GB(Pixel and One Plus).
