mat, 09 Dec 2024android 15 already out so basically one os updateAs far as i know Xiaomi promise all 2024 released phones to get 3 OS updates. So what that 15th is out and it be still on 14 and in month or 2 get the 15th as first OS. Next 3 years you be still on the latest Android version and when Android 18 come out you probably looking for new phone anyways as just cause need to buy new phone and not cause something wrong with it

The redmi note series lost their charm when they turned from this affordable VFM phones with decent cameras and a powerful processor (Such as note 3,4,7 and 10)
I dont get the point when S23 (36K )and s23 FE (33k) was available at a lower price point than the 14 pro+ top spec(34K). Heck even 14 series was priced competitively at around 47K.
Even edge 50 neo is priced competitively at around 22k and is way better than this deal and had a far versatile camera with good updates.
Sad to see redmi milking the note series even though its no longer the best value. Atleast they should bring the T series flagships here.

A lesson learned in the past three years is to never get a Redmi Note at launch. Less than three months and they'll be at least 20% cheaper.

Honor GT is launching at this price point today in China. Honor 200 Pro is available at this price point. Xiaomi 14 Civi/Realme GT 6 is available at this price point. One Plus Nord 4 is far better product than this.

Not an interesting price.
I can buy the Samsung S24 FE 256GB/8GB Ram for 450$ locally with better specs and much longer software support.
If the note 14 pro+ will be maximum 250-300$ I might go for it
