Hey, don't speak so badly of such a life changing feature! If Samsung were to remove the S Pen from the S Ultra devices, then they wouldn't just be worse devices than the rest of the competition, but they would have exactly 0 features that the rest doesn't have. Plus they wouldn't be able to claim that there is no space for a bigger battery and potentially a headphone jack anymore.

Which means S25+ is now getting closer to s25 Ultra since Ultra doesn't come with a built-in 'remote control' anymore.

You just don't get it, these "new" S25 series devices will be packed with features, AI features I mean, and nothing else, because everyone knows that hardware DOES NOT MATTER, only software is important.

You'd think with time, devices would be packed with features, instead they keep taking them away and jacking up the price. This nonsense needs to stop.

(Totally unrelated, but does anyone know what sensor Honor uses for the M7Pros telephoto? HP3, or HP9? And the UW, is it still the OV50D?)

            Unlike Sammy, that's using a 10MP 1/3.52" 3x lens. 💀

Why in the world would it use that feature? If it really does, then people will truly pay to get less.

Might as well get a Moto G Stylus series device, if not even a $1000+ S Ultra will have Bluetooth functionality anymore.

I really hope this isn't true
I was really looking forward to buying this phone to replace my dying Note 20 Ultra which could shut down at any moment now but this would be a total deal breaker
I would have to settle with the S24 Ultra otherwise

Samsung skipping on features these days isn’t something that surprises me, but regarding this I can understand. I use the function for the camera, press the s-pen button to snap a picture. But other than that I don’t use the Bluetooth functionality of the s-pen that much. I have S22 Ultra.

Note that the bluetooth in the S pen is only available in the Note series from the Note 9 onwards, this wasn't specified in the article.

I am okay with it, I hardly use it and I am sure there are many more who do the same. For me, the S-pen is not the selling point of the phone.

At this point just remove the pen
It's completely and utterly worthless now, taking up unecessary space. I love using air actions and i can't think of any other use for the pen. If i wanted to draw, i'd buy a tablet
Not to mention it looks ugly as hell and sticks out like a sore thumb thanks to the rounded corners
What a garbage phone. They really killed the Note if this is true

as usual gsmarena is 3 days behind. there are already official photos and the s-pen looks the same size as all previous generations. maybe they only replaced bluetooth functionality with uwb or something else

Those pen's features are useful for me. Pen is one of outstanding features of this phone.

I hope the slim version doesn't come with a pencil and maybe I'll give Samsung another chance, if the phone comes with a 6.9" panel and less height and more width, format size

Samsung doesn't know what to innovate anymore, so they just end up shuffling features.
