More iPhone 16E specs appear

It's getting some massive upgrades compared to the previous iPhone SE.

Sort by:

60Hz screen... they are clutching onto the lower tech.

But they will have to let go eventually as parts makers sunset 60Hz screen factories and only keep the 120Hz ones.

          I’m predicting that Apple will move away from the numbers in the model name. I think they will transition iPhone naming scheme to follow MacBooks and iPads.

          MacBook Air, MacBook Pro. iPad, iPad Air, iPad Pro. It’s not too far fetched that Apple would do iPhone, iPhone Air, and iPhone Pro. The 16E and 17 Air would be transitions, getting customers used to the more streamlined lineup.
