Damn, the sample photos looks like a time travel back to the past haha, crushed and overly grainy shadows (main), telephoto is quite noisy too and the ultra wide has a lot of watercolor texture, I really loved Zenfone 5 and Zenfone 2 5.5 laser, but after that they really plummeted.

    In no possible way is it anywhere near as good as either of those, might be closer to something like the base 14T.

    This Zenfone is a $600 phone with a crazy brand behind it, that somehow thinks otherwise, because of AI. Maybe the price is AI generated as well as that design, and that's the issue.

        You want me to pay over $1000 dollars to deliberately destroy my eyesight with that cheap mediocre OLED screen? At least put an IPS LCD on it and divide the price by 3 and then we can talk. Also sd card slot is missing.

                        this is just reskinned ROG Phone 9 Pro with bs overprice and 2 years of software support again

As... moreThe pricing was only stated for Europe here and is not like the Vivo x200 pro or Xiaomi 15 pro (the Vivo x200pro launched for 1299 euro and the Xiaomi 15 pro would be the same if it launched in Europe. 1100 is too high but the early bird price of 1,000 is the same as the standard Vivo x200 which also is 1,000 euro

                            If this brands Will make better phones Will be top 3 i have rog 9 and its amazing what this thing can do and NEVER iPhone Will be able to do.

                            Particularly they need to improves:

                            - Screen auto brightness vía software to be able to correct the amount of brightness in every situation

                            - Dual front facing speakers

                            - Desktop mode like Honor, Motorola and Samsung.

                            - A little bit better front camera (Auto Focus)

                            - A little bit better Ultrawide (Auto Focus)

                            - Gimball is very good but Will be WISER to add A.I. to the photos like other brands (Honor-Apple-Vivo) to make the camera better.

                              Anonymous, 9 hours agoany details on software support? still the same pathetic 2 years?The Zenfone 12 Ultra runs Android 15 straight out of the box, however ASUS has once again made the incomprehensible choice to provide the 1100 euro device with only two years of Android updates. You can, however, count on five years of security patches, although that is also underwhelming by today's standards.
