I mean, using a their Pro camera sensor on 16e/SE but not the vanilla? That would be insane to be frank. That's a suicidal move if they did that at every perspective. It's like Samsung giving the 200 MP main sensor to A0x series directly from the S25 Ultra but not giving to the Galaxy A5x series, which has been and is Samsung Galaxy's best selling series since 2019.

                        So 10k cheaper than the base 16. It's great for people who want the Apple logo but Android is better for people who want a real smartphone.

                              Despite the limited hardware and high price, odds are this will still sell in numbers most Android oem’s can only dream of.

Those are, at least the known reason why people prefer iOS over Android
