Sony Xperia 1 VII to get Exmor T sensors for all cameras

The resolution and sensor size will reportedly remain unchanged, but performance should still improve significantly.

Also 1/2.6" exmor T is equivalent to Lyt700 ( 1/1.56")

      I wonder what feature they cut in next model. Last year Sony got rid of notification light. MicroSD slot? Front mounted speakers? Why not, we'll see.

And additionally, who's stopping you from just plugging the dongle onto your headphones and carrying it around like that? I've done that for 3-4 years and haven't faced any issues on my IEMs.

            and yeah, charging the phone and listening to music at the same time is the only use case i can think of that can be helped with a 3.5mm jack but even that doesn't really matter as firstly, it is an extremely niche scenario, secondly you shouldn't charge your phone and use it at the same time either and finally due to how good battery is on phones nowadays i don't think you're going to have to do that at all.

            Now imagine this, the phone has fast charging so you plug the phone in for 5-15 mins and then come back to a full day's worth of battery life!!! Sony doesn't do that, so because of the problem that you face due to Sony's incompetence, you want to charge and listen to songs at the same time? I truly don't understand this point at all.

              And the Asians will still get really yellow skin? Even on natural colors?

And you think im exaggerating by calling out Sony even tho the phone hasn't been made? Just wait and see, im sure the phone will disappoint unless you're a diehard Sony fan in which case they can sell you the S22+ and you'd still buy it at the 1500 euro price.

                  I've also had my fair share of criticisms of Chinese phones, if you snooped around the comments sections maybe you'd have seen me bashing a phone here or there. I mean i can whip out some criticisms of popular Chinese phones if that's what you want to hear, i just don't think i have a proper bias towards something, I was heavily biased towards Oppo's Find X7 Ultra due to its processing but now that's gone too with the Find X8 Pro. Just look at my fav phones page and see if you can find proper biases lol

                    But for those who listen to music or whatever and charge their smartphone at the same time, who don't want wireless earphones or headphones, who don't want a dongle because they lose, forget, etc., then a 3.5mm audio jack is a must.

Do you also know of Sony's record labels and stuff? Not to mention their audio products and recording gear that so many pros use. Playstation is just the tip of the iceberg and it's not like they make huge profits off of each console, the main cash cow is PS+.

                      Sony won't ever die as a company, it's just that their divisions might close off like the mobile division or the portable console division.

Sony acts as if it was a market leader when it's pretty much irrelevant. The day PlayStation fails, it will probably be the end for Sony.

                                as long as it's still not a phone with a larger than 1/1.12" main cam and 1/2.51" and larger auxiliary cams, i truly dont care about the next xperia. The Xperia 1 V was the peak and even that wasn't all that great. If they don't have the camera processing of other brands they should at least give better hardware, they don't do that either.

                                What exactly do they do besides an SD Card expansion slot and a technically useless 3.5mm jack that you can just supplement with a better DAC anyway? Cheaper to get a Vivo X200 Pro alongside a 100 euro DAC from FiiO

                                        But xiaominions and samsungers will still bash , mostly because their beloved brands do not have this tech because they prefer to pay less for old tech
