With no account, you can do a survey an infinite amount of times (not trying to exploit, just asking if GSMArena could fix it.)

Interested? Are you kidding me? Even zero interest for 16 pro max with highest storage.

it's more "capable" because they just cram iphone 16 hardware, but with single camera system rather than dual, useless and half-baked "Apple Intelligence" to look different from artificial intelligence. and iphone 13 screen. this ain't a budget model no more. the SE series is completely dead at this point.

In Canada this is above $1000 before tax. Not worth this much money anyhow. Costs almost same as Pixel 9 and S25.

Junk phone just like iPad mini.
Be sensible. Be it android or apple, if the specs or value is not there, don’t buy.
Then the next iteration the price will go down or provide more specs, as they learn their mistakes.

As I already stated from my latest comment of 16e, the price to features ratio is out of reach. The features upgrade is definitely more noticeable compared to SE 2 to SE 3, but it is priced WAY too close with iPhone 15 vanilla series and even 16 vanilla series. My friend who asked to recommend which iPhone after 16e was launched, even said, they prefer and wanting an ultrawide lens over Apple Intelligence feature, so iPhone 15 looks a better deal here.

I don’t want all this AI stuff on my phone, so I have no intention of upgrading.

I just compare samsung with 1000 nits, iphone 15 pro and redmi 14 pro plus. Redmi actually destroyed them both in brightness, testen in the sun and with flashlight direct on the sensors... So much about that you'll be happy if they hit even 800 nits... Aaaand yes I own all 3 phones.

Ouifuf, 23 Feb 2025Majority of people on this site are quite nerdy so they... moreThey are not nerdy, they just see bigger number better. And that’s not much different from what people who don’t know much about tech (which applies to the majority of people here as well, including some article authors) would do if they visited a phone shop and then compare the specs listed next to each phone. But most people here are just different in the way that they visit a website instead of a physical store to compare numbers they don’t understand.

When Apple includes 120Hz in their regular iPhone (not the Pro), then I'll consider revisiting it.

LoneOwl, 23 Feb 2025One thing that i found very disappointing(like most things ... moreIt has 1200 nits peak brightness, 800 nits is the full screen typical brightness. And peak brightness, which those Chinese phones advertise, is only on a small window (most often 3%) white against a black background. That is only important for HDR presentation of specular highlights and brings no advantage to outdoor use, which is where brighter screens bring the most noticeable advantage on a phone. And those Chinese phones will also not have a much higher full screen brightness than 800 nits, you can be happy when they even achieve that.
