No matter how many glass or AI or processing power, vivo put in this phone, it ain't gonna compete with 1 inch type sensor. Vivo downgraded ultra lineup by removing 1 inch sensor.

          Right but as a Xiaomi user their battery lifes suck and is inferior to Vivo.

The X8 Ultra will have a larger sensor AND a larger aperture, it's already been rumored to be a massive improvement and I expect it to be at least f/3.0. With that aperture and sensor size it will easily beat the previous 14 Ultra and beating the 15 Ultra will mostly depend on the algorithm, not hardware alone.

                    Plus, the 3x has also been tipped to get a complete overhaul on the lens structure, allowing for telemacro and the biggest aperture on a periscope among all the Ultra phone. This is a much better and usable combo than what Xiaomi will offer imo.

                      And at the same time Samsung is launching the same flagship after 4 years. When the chineses will make their phones available worldwide, Samsung will regret sleeping for so long...

                        Apple and Samsung's best look pre-historic in comparison to this. I wish the Ultra models from OPPO, VIVO etc. were released globally and not kept limited to China.

                            During the day maybe, but at night there is already a big difference in quality. To see the real difference you have to zoom in on the photo 300% and compare the quality or simply use 2x zoom

                              Eduard33, 13 hours agoWhy is the Xiaomi the clear winner for this year? The oppo ... moreOppo has icky stabilization and extremely aggressive NR at night. And a 1/1.4" sensor at 100 mm is far more usable than the 135 mm for longer range zoom shots i'd say. I highly doubt Oppo's going to have a wide aperture, let alone a wider aperture than this telephoto lens.

                              Don't forget the Find X7 Ultra which had a far worse aperture than the Xiaomi 14 Ultra but a farther reaching focal length but that didn't matter too much at night where Xiaomi pulled close and sometimes ahead due to the aperture gap despite the focal length difference.

                              So not only will Xiaomi have a sensor that's excellent at cropping but also a sensor that's both HUGE AND has a wide aperture. Easy win for Xiaomi. Oppo's digital zoom is nice but they don't have great digital cropping, Xiaomi's is class leading, Vivo might be better in some instances but their shots are more artificial/processed.

                              Apart from videography at 135mm specifically, i see no situation where Xiaomi might get destroyed in zooming. Perhaps the UW cam of the Oppo might be better but that's it.

The oppo has a 1/1.95" sensor at 135mm, if the aperture is large enough it will have the largest effective size at longer focal lengths. And the 3x will undoubtedly be better than what Xiaomi has.

There's a reason why they are called leaks. And sure, the X200 Ultra will have insane cameras most likely, but the best? There was never a smartphone who had the best cameras. There is never really a clear winner here. And even though this source is most of the times right, that doesn't mean he can't be wrong. So seriously man, just stop spamming about your love affair with an unreleased product and just wait until it is actually unveiled. Then you can say if it is indeed the best or not, but at this point, you're clearly very convinced the X200 Ultra will have the best cameras, so even if it turns out the other way, you'll still claim blindly that it has the best cameras.
