Though they may choose to have metal back covers, it doesn't necessarily means they will ditch the expandable memory capability and removable battery. Remember E72? It has an aluminum battery cover but it retains those features. But I would really love if Samsung will really use metal in their next Galaxy S Phone.

As most people call them "fanboys", are happy with the plastic sets made by Samsung and possibly even defend them. So then I put it to you, that them making plastic handsets is giving good customer service. Yes?
It's non-Samsung fans that are asking for a different material. Correct?

Samsung uses cheap parts to build their phones. My 4 Samsung phones broke over a year. It is such a bad company, always cheating its customers. Whether they use plastic or metal, their phones are never durable enough and their design is just too old and bad. I'll never ever buy any Samsung phone. Their batteries are worse, seriously.

What you want and what is good for you isn't always the same. Food for thought.
And everyone who owns a company wants to make a profit, so yes...it is also about the money. No one just does the work cause they think it's a nice hobby. Making products and providing to the masses costs money, so you have to make that back and more to stay in business.

Thus allowing users to get easily 48hrs with pretty heavy usage. I think battery development is one area which is still a long way off the devices they are meant to power.
