    I've only owned one Mediatek phone, a Vivo X200 Pro, and didn't have any major issues with it.

            Don't see proper answer in those pools so will write it here:

            I will never buy an embedded device with questionable software (since you can't install your own os) for more than 350€. That's my personal limit for DIY tech projects here.

                  No phone is better but that dude i was replaying to he have obviously no clue.

                    Even if I could, I wouldn't buy oppo.
                    Oppo and realme and OnePlus is all the same e-garbage. You can't even root it.

                    Only good phone from China is Xiaomi because it's very easy to root.

                      Depends on whether it's available before any tariffs are in place, as well as if it will have the essential bands for T-Mobile (band 71 is not one of them as my S20 FE only picked that band up briefly one time where I live in central Florida).

                          I believe that buying a Chinese version is a bad idea because the Google play services are not pre installed and if you want to install it from third party it will not work properly.

                            No reason for those expensive device,

                              Well because of lack of global availability the 15 Ultry by Xiaomi is currently the very best camera phone and very best flagship money can buy.
                              The X8 Ultra been defeated.
                              The X8+ and X8s are nothing but an useless tiny phones not worth the asking money because they arent proper flagships they have no specs for that.
                              Having best CPU and GPU on market but othervise mediocre specs does not make a flagship device.

                                  Meh. I'd rather get Vivo instead. Oppo is not as rosy as the sponsored YouTubers and tech bloggers tried to paint. They all only speak nicely about Oppo because they frequently got sponsored going on cruises and trips.

                                    I would buy it as soon as possible if it became available in Europe. Has much of the same hardware as the Xiaomi 15 Ultra that is available here, except that it has much better software.

                                      I already have the X8 and am very happy with it.
