Weekly poll: would you buy an Oppo Find X8 Ultra, Find X8s or Find X8s+ if you could?

Oppo doesn't sound keen on a global launch, but if you could get one of these three, which one would you pick?

    "The Oppo Find X8s is the company’s compact camera flagship with a 6.3” display and super thin 1.25mm symmetrical bezels."

    This Oppo Find X8S only has a 90.6% screen-to-body ratio, the same as the X200 Pro Mini with 90.5%, and the same 6.3" screen size.

    A higher screen-to-body ratio directly means less of the phone's front is taken up by bezels, resulting in thinner borders around the display.

    So, my base S25, with its smaller 6.2" screen, actually has a better screen-to-body ratio (S25: 91.1% vs. X8S: 90.6%) according to GSMArena specs. This means my S25 has an even smaller bezel than the 6.3" 1.25 mm ones on this Find X8S? Nice.

    But the S25 Ultra beats it at 92.5% ratio, and that one only has a 1.32 mm bezel!

    Either this is misinformation, or perhaps the frame border is missing. Meaning, this X8S has a huge frame border, taking up front phone space.

    Also, this X8S has about the same cameras setup as my base S25, but with USB 2.0 and a dated optical fingerprint sensor (maybe the almost compact 13T could fix these while bringing a bigger battery).

      Vivo X200 Ultra is way better nad more balanced camera phone. It also has camera kit and detachable lens which is game changer. Oppo is way behind with it's camera hardware! It has only tiny ultrawide, which is very important and only small 50mp telephoto and for some reason dual telephoto. Just why, it is very annoying in my S24 ultra. One 200mp telephoto (between 85-100mm) is enough! Oppo is just improved samsung flagship, but nothing special. Can't wait to get Vivo.

        I want to see a comparison test between Xiaomi 15 and Find X8s.

          Seeing the Ultra variant never goes Global, the only way to get it is to import one yourself.

            I don't want an iPhone android edition. I don't mind them taking good features like the action button, but change it enough to make it unique. And the camera button is just dumb. It was cool for the 4 photos a year I took on my Xperia 1 iv but outside of it it's never gonna be used by me

                the polls are missing the most important option - what's stopping most of the potential buyers is the lack of a proper global version with a full suite of google services and cellular network bands

                  I'm very much interested in the Find X8s. Too bad, not arriving here in SG yet.

                    As per usual, my financial advisor has advised me to go with "No, not at this price" with all of them 😂

                      No. My FX8 is doing fine. Probably wait for their next year foldable(and hopefully they release a flip again)

                              No, not only it lacks 3.5mm jack, but it doesn't even have an internal DAC. Active dongles are too impractical being a power hog.

                                  I can, and I will. Fortunately the network bands work well enough for T-Mobile. It has the same amount of bands that are used with my wife's vivo x90 pro+, and that phone works wonders whenever we go in the USA. Also, the camera on that phone still takes great pictures! I was leaning on the x200 ultra, but after seeing so many photo shots that are not heavily reliant on AI processing, the Find X8 ultra is the clear choice.

                                    Won't be releasing globally because they're relying on soft regional releases and have to make sales per model first, as of today the Find N5 is now available In Indonesia.

                                    Expect for around a month or two.
