Now the battle is between Apple and Microsoft. As usual, too much trash talk from Apple. Nokia was the king of innovation. They tried their best but It was Windows phone OS which is the reason for their demise. It's just Microsoft didn't innovated with their OS. Open source is the future and the reason why Android is the king is because of its open nature and wide availability. Maybe tomorrow, people will get bored of Android and go for another open source OS if Google stops all the innovative things.

Ip3gs same as ip3 (very minor change)
Ip4s same as ip4 (very minor change)
Ip5 identical to ip4 only stretched and alum back
Ip5c and 5s same as ip5 (very minor change)
(From ip4 to current model) Just over 3 years of Research and Design Apple only achieve minor changes to shaft all loyal customers to buy more accessories and cases.
Unfortunately millions are living in denial and defend this greedy corporate.
No innovation, no design, just law suit and trash talk other companies.
Zero respect to greedy corps like Apple.

there are dumb baboons that doesn't know how corporates runs
everybody wants to be in Apple position from perspective of market power,the only reason other manufacturer like samsung LG doesn't set high price is because they can't,nobody would buy an S4 at the same price as 5S,like nobody would buy a corolla at BMW 3 series price,they sure did if they can,they are not out for charity
cheapskate is those who expect a company to sell whatever stuff cheaply,and can't look past anything other than just the obvious

"To not innovate is to die" ???? The iPhone is a bit beyond 2007 and hardware wise it rivals 2011 phones. Again, the same story with the iPad. They just put nee processors everytime, true innovation. They should keep in mind and respect the fact that Nokia was the King before them a long long time.

I'm not an iPhone hater... I wouldn't buy it because I think it's way overpriced, but I'm not an hater, and I even think they're really good phones...
But after reading this... Open your eyes, people who believe the cr@ap Cook is saying can only be blind...
Look, I sell phones... Apple might have inovated with iPhone 4, or even with 5, but 5C and/or 5S is an over overpriced joke. Specially 5C... I had high hopes for it, people really wanted a cheaper iPhone, but this?!
And talking about innovation... Pleas don't mention Nokia... People still want Nokia, and believe me, if Nokia had Android phones, theu would beat the cr@p out of Apple, Samsung, Sony and whatnot...
Regarding people using iPhones while their 'droids stay in the drawer (and this is my work experience comes in) believe me, for every customer that comes here to buy an iPhone and put their Android in the drawer, there are 10 that do de exact opposite...
So, again, I don't hate iPhones, I don't even hate Apple (though I think they have some really bad policies)... but people... don't be haters, don't be lovers, be thinkers...

The comments provided by Tim Cook and his team mates clearly proves that they have become lazy. Yes I know Apple talks about customer satisfaction. I have worked in Apple customer support and I know what they do for customer satisfaction. All the things made in this earth are created by humans not by gods and Apple creator's are no god, even their products have complaints. I my self like all the brands which has innovations and quality. I only like Apple while eating.
