This target is entirely achievable given its recent offerings and their global popularity. Leveraging the parent company's multimedia knowledge will help in this regard. Their display and sensor technology is among the very best in the business.

Sony (ericsson) was and is king of mid range,they simply got best price-to-value ratio.

well I wish them every success. I have a Xperia Z and sony smartwatch. and are really happy with them. unlike my S4 that over heated.

Sony don't forget your old devices like Xperia T that is not too old then u think sony.we Xperia T users also deserve 4.3 n with new walkman,album and movies n a little bit quick coz its already too late.

Sony will stay far from their target if it keep delaying so so much! It's incredible how good Samsung markets its flagships and not only that, it manages to put them in the shelves of carriers much faster than Sony. Here in Peru, the Note 3 S800 version is already in preorder state while Sony Mobile's local Facebook is still promoting Xperia T and a little the Z1, and has no date of arrival, they only say "Very soon". Sony will be the next turtle if it keeps so quiet. Not even TV adds. Dang, this lack of marketing is.annoying... I want the.Z Ultra, but the Note 3 with the S800 is really tempting, if it was the Exynos one, I'd not care.
So, yeah, Sony can do great but it doesn't let us buy their products caure.arrive too late or don't arrive, the Z never arrived.

Good luck....from 7 to 20% is abit extreme....i wudnt buy one but it truly seems like they are doing a good job. Even tho my sgs3 good
