Its a western world 'thingy'... most other people would just know its just a piece of over glorified mic n speakers... a few would just buy it just for the ridiculous price even if its the 1st time they heard the word 'vertu' or 'boucheron'

I guess even I can design this thing, and if they putted 1000 +500 +700 hours on it, I think if you have time to waste you can do even more by building each piece yourself and be respected by your peer or sound ridiculous. were not in the stone age anymore, technologies is here to assist us

Wow... tanned da wasting resources to build a Boucheron ! If for purpose of showing off then for me high-end technology would be better for showing off and a much much lower price to pay !

If i want to buy a mobile and want to show it as my status symbol, i will not just expect it carved out of gold but, the greatest feature set like:

8 or 5 MP camera in a slim body

                              Greatest clarity in music

nice display 2.4 or 2.6" in OLED

                              ALL BAND support

most importantly GPS, WI-FI and a Battery which complements these features with a capacity 1500-1900maH

Hey, wait i minute, if that thing is carved out of a gold piece, it must weigh close to 400 grams, even if u take under concideration that alot of the inside is light weight circuits, but with it's size and thickness, it impossible to come under 300-400 grams, a solid goldblock that size weighs like one and a half kilo. Who the hell want to carry around about 400 grams like that in a jacket or suit pocket, the jacket is gonna hang down to their knees if u carry this one.
