2 million last year, and 8 million this year, if they could make 14million next year, its not bad. Atleast its going up.considering wp8 were release on 4Q of 2012

[deleted post]All phones get their priced slashed over time even the iPhone 5c has its priced slashed recently. Even my carrier is giving away hundreds of SGS4 units for free every week as part of their holiday promos.

[deleted post]I think you seriously lack commonsense. These are Nokia's official q3 results. Nokia is a public company which cannot lie or report false results. When you troll, atleast do it with some sense.

Congratulations Nokia for believing....delivering and continuing this beautiful work.

I am so sure that when people realize how comfortable windows phones are, they will definitely buy more.

I have a good testimony, I used Symbian..then Ice cream sandwich, jelly beans, jelly bananas...whatever but...symbian was better than android...people want freedom, but majority of the apps in mad-droid are not useful..sometimes are laced with viruses.

Lumia is best..all apps are secured by Nokia and Microsoft IT teams...Watch this space...

Yeah, Nokia is the only European smartphone manufacturer left. And I prefer European technology to American and Asian any day. So I hope they don't sell off to Microsoft.

You guys made this report a bit complicated as compared to Samsung and Apple and other companies. I would like to see the profit in USD not euros. Not written well.

Anyways, it's glad to see that the are not operating in such heavy loss as they were back in the same quarter previous year.

From 2 million Lumia sales per quarter last year to a record high of 8.8 million sales this quarter. I'm happy to see Nokia gaining traction. This proves that the company is not dead and forgotten by the public and thus don't need to be sold to Microsoft. I hope the shareholders ponder on that. Microsoft will only ruin the momentum of Windows Phone marketshare progress if they acquire Nokia and remove the Nokia branding.
