Update recieved but wont download! *waiting to download* few mins later *downloading failed try again* its been like this for 3hours now! Frustrated and disappoint with google!

Cleared google framework data and checkec again.
Now it shows pending updatd.:)

Updating now @9am 4.4 Kit Kat in my nexus 4 from Indonesia.
But had to just like what i did when updating to 4.3,
remove my google account in settings, then clear data&force close the google services framework ( in apps-> all apps. after that click the update now immediately.
Did that for almost 15 times, before succeed.

have recvd it ..bt drastic changes..it seems that only a few features hve been given..theres nk transulent wallppr..its all black in menu and the dock bar..

Updating now @9am to 4.4 KitKat in my nexus 4 from Indonesia.
But i need to do like when i did with 4.3, i remove my gmail account first in settings, then clear data&force close google services framework in apps (all apps) and check the update now after that immediately.

My phone shows i can go ahead for update.. checked it at 7.40 am, 11/22/2013.. Bangalore India.. was one of the people that got disappointed yesterday.. was waiting up till 23.59 midnight and nothing happened..

Guys if u are unable to get the kitkat update. Please reset your phone to factory settings . You will get the update.. enjoy :) . i got the update just now.
