I've just upgraded my Nexus 4 to Kitkat last night, with Build No KRT16S. I am looking forward to try the ART (Android Run Time) but to my surprise, the ART option is not there. There is NO DEVELOPER OPTION where I can enable ART to run. Anybody here experience the same?? Thanks.

Did u install both the Google Experience Launcher as well as the Google Search? I installed just the Launcher and the OK GOOGLE feature works fine with it....dunno if its needed to install the apk for the Google Search.
Is anyone facing battery drain issues and less screen time with this update?

really disappointing...not transparent notification bar..no "ok google" from home page !! seriously cant c any changes other than the call option where the changes are noticeable !!! seems like google has ditched the nexus$
