We need Full Screen User Interface for a change and camera shot speed specially during HDR mode. can you do these for nexus 4 users?

i already tried this firmware same build number in manual process and there is nothing change to KRT160 its still same as a 4,3 display not full screen UI and i don't know why google to do this kind of update,,its a nonsense.
