Coming up next injunctions on Samsung sales, then another case starting in March next year with another set of patents against Samsung's later phones and sanctions against Samsung's lawyers for leaking confidential information about licensing agreements between Apple and Nokia and others, which Samsung executives tried to use against Nokia.
These scumbags deserve everything they get, they are untouchable in South Korea because they virtually own the country, the government, the press and think they can do whatever they want, from paying bloggers to destroy HTC's reputation and copying FOR YEARS from Nokia dual sliders to Blackberry's.
It's about time someone stood up to these stand over men.

All of them phones were shit. Samsung deserves it for copying Apple patented technology.

I don't like other companies too for the same reasons, and I'm not saying other companies are better than Apple. It's just that this article is about Apple, and my opinions is about Apple. As far as business practices go, I am well aware of them. I just don't like the way Apple claims stuff and register things under unnecessary trademarks and so on and so forth. Don't even get me started on the culture of excess that Apple promotes. Products and services, that's another debate. Other companies, that's another topic. These comments are about Apple and what I don't like about them.

P... moreWell I have never said in any of my comments that Apple is the only company who does acquisitions, and I surely don't have any problems about acquisitions in general: I am well aware that they are a part of doing business. That is not the point I am trying to convey so stop putting words into my mouth. If you fail to understand that, then I am sorry if I have offended you in anyway. I just don't like the way they do business. Period. It's insincere and deceptive. I don't care about other companies; this opinion is about Apple and how they convey themselves.

Google literally bought their way into the mobile industry by buying Android and Motorola. Google Maps and Youtube are acquisitions. Even Google's advertising empire was built on acquisitions. Samsung and Google made more acquisitions last year than Apple did. You act as though larger companies buying smaller ones is a bad thing. You're just showing your ignorance in how the tech industry works.

I'm not a fan-boy of Apple, Samsung or any of those companies. I'm a fan of technology and sensibility. You want me to tell you what I really think about crapple? When it comes to Apple and the iPhone they innovated J@CK SH!t... They bought their way into the iPhone's patent, they did not make any of it. They bought the company who developed the multi-touch for smartphones in 2005; Along with so many other companies. That's what they do,they buy companies and claim ideas. They're like the nomadic Mongolian tribes of the corporate world, all they do is conquer. They'd buy Samsung if they could as it makes most of their parts. They have success in the iPhone; I can see that, and I acknowledge them for that, but only for their real part in that innovation: The business acumen that started the smartphone revolution; No more, no less.
