The ability to use a battery that recharges via electricity on a mobile phone is a stolen product, except Apple released the iphone in 2007 so it cant sue samsung. Motorolla,Alcatel,Sony Erricson, should sue a lot of companies for their inventions. A rechargeable battery , antennas on mobile phones which allow to make and receive calls and soon after Listen to live radio which apple will claim as an invention for their itunes. Also the ability to play games on a mobile phone is a stolen product from older gaming consoles, sega-nintendo-neo geo. It might sound stupid yes ,but just like apple suing samsung for pinch and zoom, rounded edges , claiming to have hurt apple of billions of dollars of profit.... Nintendo and Sony should get together and sue apple for turning a phone into a portable gaming device,,, stolen idea that was there in the late 80s . Its hurt nintendo and sony out of billions of lost dollars in profit cause apple entered a market where only now games are a bit playable and ok graphics. Apple is and will always be an ipod and an Angry Birds device.
Blackberry should patent the button Qwerty Keyboard cause a lot of people at apple are getting tired of touch screen and soon they will claim a first of a kind keyboard for phones..... Thers an invention already called the Typo Keyboard which attaches to the iphone that makes it look like a BB Baseball Bat.
Also ppl are tired of touchscreen games, so button extensions is needed to be more user friendly. Other companies should watch out for more stupid patents from Apple.
What Apple is cool for is the backlit logo and backlit keyboard on laptops. Hint,hint..... A backlit logo on a Mobile Phone should be considered.... Jump now b4 its too late.
Also , samsung , should work on their idea of the samsung galaxy Beam. A cool idea but lacks. Work on that.
And battery powers...... We need much improved technology. At the moment it sucks.

In 1996, Sammy commercialized the world's first CDMA cellular system; in 1998, they invented the world’s first digital TV set. In 1999, they introduced the world's first watch phone (SPH-WP10) as well as world's first mp3 phone (SCH-M210/SPH-M2500) and the first TV Phone (SCH-M220).
If Sammy would be as greedy as Apple, then they don't have to make a lot of mobile phones in a year since they could make a fortune just by suing not just hundreds but thousands of companies around the world.

It doesn't matter if Apple loses a case in America...Obama will overrule it like last time. Apple has the backing of the US President so Samsung has no chance. Steve Jobs started all this crap. He really was a despicable man.

Today a common man can afford a smart phone thanks to samsung with the variety and pricing where as Apple all they ever think is filling their pockets by over pricing they over hyped products. And just because there is someone out there who can actually give u a chase it doesn't mean u start suing them for some stupid reasons.

it's nearly time to start a world wide buy Nokia campaign and leave Apple to sue everyone until their money runs out through lack of iPhone sales. So to Apple, Samsung, LG, etc... We the customer, the end-user of your product's are sick of the infighting that costs us more for the phones/tablets etc you sell.
