iPhone - Setting > Sounds > Select Ringtone. Easy.
If you download the ringtone from iTunes that is. I understand what you are trying to say, but that's not the point I'm making.
Everything on an iPhone is simple and intuitive. The PIN entry doesn't require you to press "OK", it just validates the 4 digits once they've been entered. This is my friends pet peeve on his GS4. Minor, but for people that switch from iPhone it is super annoying.
iPhone doesn't have hundreds of settings to tweak and manage, making the day to day operation of the phone very easy. Of course, that also limits it to a certain degree . But then again, the majority of users just need a plug & play phone, they don't ever want to fine-tune it.

For example : A simple task like Adding a custom ringtone takes more than 10 steps.
On Android :
Open Music Player >> Select Song >> Options >> Set as ringtone

Plus, Android is just a terrible user experience, non-tech people will continue to prefer iPhone over Android anyway.

do you even know what apple patented? they patented "rectangle gadget with round corner." i mean which gadget dosent have it? it like patenting round,circle in shape rubber then sueing all tire companies. i mean on first hand how did they were able to pattent round edges? it not like they invented round edges. apple is patent troll. next they will patent word AIR and sue all 7 billion people in world

Judge Lucy Koh will receive 50% from 22kk$! :) I think she is well paid by Apple... Samsung should ask to change Judge for this case. Or Apple will win again.

If Samsung had innovated, why would they were found "guilty" in the court for copying something that has been already done by Apple? Think of it this way.
