All S3's purchased in Srilanka have received the Android 4.3 update. I got mine like two days ago. Anyway Android 4.3 seems stable and no such issues except for minor freezes. Can't wait for Android 4.4

All samsung S3 phones are running 4.3. I checked mt friends S3 version and he's also running Android 4.3
