22 Jan, 2009
Windows Mobile 6.5 has leaked and it's already been installed on an HTC device. However the users expectations for some major changes are now cooled off by this beta version. Quite expectedly...

Anonymous, 22 Jan 2009This isn't related to hardware. (Well yeah, partially) The... morein that point maybe... but capacitve technology cannot use stylus and as we speak of WM it is more on business side(thank god for 3rd party it can be a great multimedia). that is why in cold countries capacitive is not that popular because you cannot use on gloves.

anyway, stil an improvment of 6.1.

The reason no Windows mobile phone uses capacitive screens is because Windows mobile doesn't support them.
So this is definitely software related.

In case the folks at GSMArena and our Oh-so-wonderful commenters haven't read about it by now, that's not the final version of WM6.5. It's running WM6.1 which is modified with some of the functionality of 6.5.

This, in no way represents the final product.

If this is what windows are coming up with-its Dissapointing...every thing what is shown can be found on any htc device with touch flo only the unlocking system is new and any ways htc home is much better than what is shown.......
