IAP is really profitable to app developers and hence target kids and others who have poor grasp on finances. I too prefer apps where I have to pay upfront.

Apple need to enable Parental Controls for In-App Purchases (IAP); so with the use of their new TouchID for app-purchase confirmation, that would be grand. However, iPad's don't offer TouchID, due to iPad's having many users.

Perhaps create a 4-digit pin to confirm IAPs?

Why cant you just pay for the full game upfront and that's it,,this includes all levels...Time after time you download a game or app as well and next minute its asking for money...I uninstall game or app out of disgust...Why cant I just buy full game for 5 quid and that all????????????
