AnonD-196881, 17 Jan 2014hi every one,for sure this phone is an amazing and awesome ... moreI would want to have an HTC one mini, great design and built quality. But the price is just unreasonable. Hope they fix the pricing with this one before they realize it's too late, like what happened to BB.

HTC One Two : AWKWARD name!! They should name it HTC 2. To create their flagship phone simple and easy to remember by people. They should name it as catchy as possible to sell.

Anyone find it funny that the device is named as One 2( One two or 1 2) LOL. I am really smiling on the fact that how will I call it in public, "Hey, have you seen my One 2":p (no offense).

Now on the topic. If and only if the price and the updates are being promised reasonable for this device along with the marketing, it will sell along with the improved camera.

This is everything I wanted and more from the HTC one, not sure it will all come true though. I am also not sure about the QHD as I think full HD is all you need for a 5" screen but more then that I am now worried about battery life. I'll be honest and say I'd rather have 4-6 extra hours a day then a QHD screen. Also will be interested to see how the camera is, 6-8 megapixel with a dual lens should do me very well. Lastly it would have been a disaster if HTC released the snapdragon 800 as that is last years tech and most people like me would have this phone for 2 years, so you really do need the latest just so by the time you upgraded your not lagging or crashing a lot. This is something that Android needs to improve on, both decreased performance with updates and battery drain.

Protocol, 17 Jan 2014If the camera resolution will be just 4 MP then it will be ... moreThey should just make a normal good camera. Put Xenon on it instead of "ultra" gimmicks. I remember HTC Evo 3D which had two 5MP cameras and was supposed to be competition to Galaxy S2 - very soon it was sold at total discount because people didn't really need 3D. Then came One with "ultrapixels" to compete with S4 and again, Samsung sells better. This doesn't sound good for HTC although they make great phones.

It's true, maybe average human eye can't see more than 300-350 ppi, but..you SEE the difference in the smoothness of the image...the way that the colours blend.
So, as long as this resolution don't slow down the phone or consumes too much battery...it's a nice addition.

HTC also has some sort of innovation up their sleeve. That's what makes them stand out so much. It's a pity that such innovation is not matched by their sales. I just hope this year's flagship is as good as what the One was last year.

and 2560x1440p is really unnecessary on this screen size, human eye can't see pixels when it's more than 300ppi, this will be over 500, and it will just drain battery
