Korean court dismissed all charges against Samsung, as all other courts did, except for Californian court.

The charges are silly to begin with as I already said. And Apple doesn't get sued when it completely rips off Android in its 7th edition of the OS. Apple STILL copies everything shamelessly, just like from the very beginning of the company. Steve has admitted publicly that he copies good ideas. That's ok, nobody blamed him. But to sue a competitor for the something so small and insignificant, like the shape of the edges, or the look of the icons, it is absurd.
You want to copy everything, but you don't allow anybody else to copy.
And more thing, Apple had to completely copy Android, so that it can stay in the race. They are at the back of the race now. WindowsPhone8 is by far the superior phone now. Android is 2nd place. IOS is very distant, obsolete, all seen, 3rd place. They abandoned the 3.5" screen which they claimed it was ideal. They abandoned the high quality materials, C is for plastic. They introduces so many bugs in the 7th edition, that my IPad2 is crashing constantly. They have no idea what to do about IOS8, their platform is the same for 7 years.
If in 1-2 years time they don't invent something, they are going down faster than a comet. The Californian court cannot protect them forever.

And they admitted in the US court they ripped off the design ,look and feel of the IPhone they just were not okay with the price they had to pay . The galaxy lineup totally started as a bad IPhone copy and you know that you just don't want to admit it. Saying IOS 7 is a ripoff of Android is the same as saying Android started as a crippled copy of IOS to begin with. And Google admitted that they changed all their projects for android just to match IOS. Both are great companies Google and Apple. I happen to use many of Google services and I love them but if it is one OEM that gets something just right it is Apple .then the choice off OS is a subjective one because everybody has different opinions, likes or needs. But I would never buy a Galaxy only if it is a Note because they focus so much on useless features that make the average non tech savvy consumer day wow for the first time of seeing them and then they don't even work right and you will always turn them off . These useless ios Android flange wars show nothing good except how inferior someone feels that has to bash another device to gain confidence and feel better about their device. Oh and a patent troll is someone who makes a living of buying patents so it can sue others who use them.

I used to love Apple. They claimed they were rebellious company that's going to push the human race forward. They are not pushing it forward, they pushing it backwards. Their charges are silly and pathetic. They always copied everybody, but are now suing Samsung for the most pathetic charges, and are winning in Apple's hometown court. They cannot stand healthy competition. Am I an Apple hater now? YES. And I am not alone, read the comments, the majority are happy about these news, people are hating apple these days. We all want to see that company go down. And it has to do more with their arrogant pathetic behavior than with their products.
THe reality is Apple's products were the best in one period of time (2007-2011). They are obsolete now, they can't compete with 10 year old IOs against ever improving and fresh Android and Windows devices. So instead of accepting the fact that are are at the back of the race, and start to work on new design solutions, they turn to court, to stop their competitors at their tracks.
From the best smartphone and tablet producer, their turned into the biggest patent troll cry babies. But if they don't make a new product in short time, a product that is going to compete with the latest Android and Windows gadgets, they are going downhill, and fast.

What? I had that feature in my phone years ago and I have not find a good use of it. And suing Apple or any other phone company for 2 billion over this is like crap on the top, IMHO.
