Updated my Xperia X and it's ruined the phone. Home key isn't responding, this extends to most of the functions, with pop ups all the time saying phone is not responding.

Wish I had read the reports of problems with Xperia SP after update to 4.3 my phone lags and freezing up and difficult to switch on and unable to watch sky sports on Orange swappables. Improved lag etc. by removing updates on goggle chrome and stopping automatic updates.Can you revert back to 4.1

Since the latest upgrade the sound quality on notifications is terrible and my ringer volume fluctuates, has any had the same problem and if so what can i do to put it right
