People calm down! The update isn't really the problem, it just doesn't get along well with a bunch of shitty apps. My phone was working horribly after the update, but I deleted some memory hogging free apps like battery doctor and cleanmaster which are pretty much pointless anyway, and boom, works great again. Also screenshot still works, down volume + power button works great every time.

with mine working great ;) screen shot can be captured by Hitting Vol down + power Button AT THE SAME TIME , its all about timing seriously :)

I did the update and found the same issues.. the phone works damn slow.. it takes time for the phone to get up from sleep mode even after pressing the power button several times. best try would be doing a "force stop" for applications that you dont use and then "disabling" them. that would surely earn some memory.

Cramp!!!Sony has to upgrade 4.3 to 4.4 as early as possible to maintain customer relation.

very bad update. The phone misbehaves a lot, even after reinstall. Always takes a while to unfreeze or to switch screen on/off. Sometimes does not react to screen and buttons at all!!!

Where's my swipe texting on my basic keyboard and data on/off option in the pull down menu and no screen shots and to top it off the button color for the quick options widget went from a nice black to an ugly bright grey.. Very unattractive and no option to switch it back. There had better be an update for this update..

Hey people, I also upgrate my Xperia SP to 4.3 and I don´t have any lag, only a little bit more ram comsumption, but it is necesary to do a "fabric reset(or restore)" before the upgrate, in this process all apps are going to be eliminated, but you can save you data before do it; if you reset your phone and then install the upgrate, by my experience with my phone, I think your SPs will have better results. :)

phone looks sexier now for sure but has become super slow.. please check that too.... cuz iv started hating sony for this... atleast verify before updating the phone.. i faced the same problem with my xperia j after the update
