Bullshit,don't listen to samsung bullshit. I practically updated my note 3 to 4.4 version and the phone keeps hanging and freezing,the home button does not work at times even. It was found to be a hardware problem but samsung refuses for a 1 to 1 exchange of their faulty product. And keeping insisting it was a hardware problem
