good looking phone... but lets face it with all that 500 something ppi...on Snapdragon 801 the overall performance will not be much greater than the last year samsung galaxy s4.

Amazing leap by hardware manufacturers! hope software can do same too and is optimized by OPPO to take advantage of hardware while not consuming power from battery and making it less resource-hungry....Congrats to folks at OPPO!!!

if any one will buy this phone i suggest go for the 1080p version....the 2k display will drop frame rates..adreno 330 wont be enough to push so many pixels at a good frame rate

Looks cool but the design is clearly inspired by Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc, Z1 and Z2. Wondering at what frames rates heavy games will play on the QHD variant. Slow motion video recording too is a nice feature. Everything is good. Oppo has a bad pricing strategy in India. If they release these two phones at same price in India, then i can see them grab some market share.

The Super zoom mode will be Super slow too to take the stitched 50MP pic. Pretty useless unless you are Cmdr Data.
