Apple is the worst company in existence. Why would you sue someone for something you did not invent? Oh that's right you are losing money to a rival company, better sue the competition.

I want to know how much revunue Apple would make if they took all their court wins away? They don't just sue Samsung but have law suits open allot of the time. They must have a dedicated lawers lounge at their head office lol.

Although I run on iPhone and iPad. My sympathy is for samsung this time. They truly have innovated lot of things. However samsung QA is rubbish and worthless.

The only scenario which is reasonable for me to understand what apple doing is " steve jobs was killed by Samsung and apple is all in for revenge , otherwise the whole things is obviously evil and parasite for money . It’s very likely that the suing won’t stop till samsung bankrupt and jk.shin suicide .

IOS has copied many thing (noticeable)Status Bar sliding from top to bottom copied. Control Center Copied . Multitasking menu copied . IOS looooooses theiR pants.

Apple is gettig dumber and dumber day by day. They also copied android by giving the smart settigs in the notification bar as it was a total idea of the android technologies. Samsung has a total blame for coping the Ios while nothing is true.

Since Apple said 4 rounded corners is like part of it's aesthetic design and they sued for billions, having a large screen is also part of Samsung trademark design. It was deemed stupid but now everyone is doing it. Start from 4" and condemn Apple back to using 3.7"

So silde to unlock cost an average of $8 per phone. Apple retarded or what. It's a non-innovative idea that probably doesn't take them more than 1 day to implement and the idea is simply common sense since touch screen unlock when you touch it so slide it is one way to do it. Classic example of an over greedy company.

If a jury finds in Apples favour they need commiting to an institution, considering ios & android are both based on Linux similarities are bound to be inherent.
Apple need to also stop trying to claim patents on things that others have already used before hand.
I really hope this bites them in the rear

basic question "why only samsung being the targeted one to sue ?"
there is alot of major company like sony,HTC,LG,oppo and many more chinese company that all use this kind of slide to unlock way to unlock a smartphone, but all of them has their own unique way to unlock , unlike iphone real slide to unlock when their ios 3 - 6 is in a kind of box and slide to unlock one , but when iphone using that kind of unlock system other company like samsung already using it in a diffrent way such as fullscreen to unlock instead in the bottom one like late iphone does. but now ios 7 ??? COPY other way to make it fullscreen to unlock apple really troll since there is no steve, really annoying to see apple only suing others instead of making a better product to fight other competitor,like other competitor strugule to make a new innovation. apple only suing for the matter of those old version patent , because they are earlier smarthphone company to producing full touchscreen phone , and samsung come late , basicly they will lose many of the patent, but once again instead of some groundbreaking new technology to againts other company,they just get steve's legacy to fight other , what a shame for the apple today. (basicly it's like suing a door making company first produce slide to unlock over whole world door company)

But still, calling samsung fanboys the new sheep is absurd. People who like samsung like them because Samsung provides high end phones with removable batteries, expandable memory, and great cameras. Apple has been selling the same crap since the 4s and hasn't innovated at all. Talk about sheep, people only buy iPhones because they think they're getting a nice phone but instead they're just paying for that apple that's on the back.
