I have received the update , i live in Jordan, Middle East . Since I have heard about the bugs with 4.4.2 and restarting problem I decided not to update ... I need help , any advice or tip , and ways to fix these problems , please if you have any information write a comment .

Hai I am using a grand2 mobile in india
I am goto the software update in settings but not get a kitkat os update the message comes in your device is already updated version
still now my grand2 mobile running on jb4.3
anybody are say solving problem please

Looks like update on 15th Nov stabilized the phone. Since then it is stable. Though its 4.4.2 am happy. Keeping fingers crossed

leo, 14 Nov 2014hi aniket can u guide me how to update through kies plsConnect ur ph to ur pc...open kies...remember ull require kies 3 for this...if ur kies is not updated the firstly u have update kies...after opening kies a noticification will flash that new firmware update avilable...before clicking update button go to backup n restore tab n take complete backup of ur ph...then go to main screen n click on firmware update n follow the simple steps....its very simple and safe too...do let me knw ur feedback after update...

Just got updated my grand 2 to kitkat..everything is working fine ... ui is smoother...touch and camera is awesome..camera improved a lot ..i love this update..
