Hi I hope you guys can answer me.
After updating my Grand2, there is actually an update again just recently but not getting any confirmation. There is like I need to put a USB cable or Kies to continue updating. What is that for?

Guys, if you are going to Upgrade your Grand2 to KitKat, be warned.Mine was upgraded afewdays back,and since then there has been many problems. The mains are like fast battery drains and slow charging. And I'm stuck with it. I'm sure the service center will have a solution to this, butthose of you out of warranty, please stick to JB.

My Grand 2 kept on restarting on its own several times just after i thought the upgrading is over.
But after a few minutes of misery,a message popped up and said Upgrade Succesfull.
No problems since. Everything works fine until now.

Guys please stick to Jellybean... Kitkat is not working properly... Samsung should come with a new Kitkat update.

same problem i experience but the solution is simple. check again the sofware update and install all updates. the last update i download is about 66mb. i wish it would help u too.

No problem with kitkat 4.4.2 after installing, if your mobile getting any problem after installing kitkat 4.4.2
So you guys have to restore your mobile once to rescue from such problems.
Like: restarting, internet problem mobile data whatever....
