I have already updated to kit kat version for my grand 2. From then it's restart automatically appearing blue screen. Can any one suggest Wat needs to be done now

Hi All, my grand 2 is updated to kitkat version then i got few extract package to update around 70Mb. But the problem remains same. I contacted the customer care and they will failed to resolve. Thinking to escalate this to service centre.

I have got 73.01 mb update today, for galaxy grand 2, and after that, its unable to open camera. it says "failed to initialize camera". what to do?

today samsung released a new update approx of 73.01 mb i thougt this would solve the restart issue
but not my phone is still restarting
but the ripple effect lockscreen problem is solved
any 1 facinf the restart issue....??

1.when turning on ...when the logo of samsung appers press and hold down volume buttoniu until in ur screen appers safe mode at left down corner. Its way to put ur phone on safe mode.
2.there will be more 2 updates around 20 mb and 11mb.
3.make sure u have at least 20% free internal space .
4. If u want to make sure ur phone doesn't get any problem factory reset it then upgarde. Thank you.
i was facing the same problem but its fine now. But i dont get the felling of kitkat. I have found just one diff only color of date battry sign gets white.
Thank you (For u reset ur phone first) if there is still some problem go to service center they will upgarde ur phone for free

Hi i just buy the samsung galaxy grand 2 last april..and now i updated to kitkat 4.4.2 version..and now it restarts 5/6 time a day and the screen also becomes blue...please DO SOMETHING..coz eberyone cant buy a new phone every 6 months..im really upset with the last version..but before i wad very happy..pleas do something..i cant work like this....
